    Unsafe and suspicious process to book this property

    I did the booking via booking.com, in which it is explicitly stated that I should not accept WhatsApp messages or other links, since everything is being handled via booking.com. Turned out that I did receive email links and WhatsApp messages that led the property to put my personal information (passport, etc), signed an extra contract, and if I didn’t do that, they would not allow me to check-in.

    Lokalizacja jest dobra - okolica jest cicha i bezpieczna, blisko do dworca i do centrum. Mieszkanie jest dobrze wyposażone.

    Mieszkanie nie ma okien - jest ciemne, nie da się go przewietrzyć. Pierwszej nocy było nam bardzo zimno - do przykrycia miałyśmy tylko prześcieradła (kolejnej nocy uruchomiłyśmy ogrzewanie, co oczywiście pomogło - było jednak głośne, nie można go było zostawić na noc). Sypialnia nie jest oddzielona od salonu ani od wejścia do łazienki - byłyśmy większą grupą, kiedy ktoś chciał skorzystać z łazienki, siłą rzeczy wszyscy go słyszeli. Basen jest teoretyczny - w czasie naszego pobytu wejście do niego było zamknięte.

    Apartamento cómodo, bien equipado y con excelente ubicación

    Apartametno muy completo y preparado para alojar a 4 personas. Cómodo y agradable, muy bien ubicado junto a la estación de Atocha y bien comunicado con el resto de la ciudad por metro y bus.

    El dormitorio principal está integrado en el salón-cocina, con un separador pero sin puerta. Todo está en el mismo espacio diáfano. Al baño se entra desde el dormitorio principal.
