    Worst experience i've had. Don't rent this location. Not a safe place to stay.

    The location was very good

    Location door opened directly to the street. We couldn't open the window without everyone outside being able to see inside de apartment. This was one of the worse experiences I've had traveling. On 12/6 we came back from a trip to the city and found out someone had entered the property and stolen a gaming console from the apartment. I contacted the property management, and they didn't believe or help us. I asked for a registry of the entrances to the apartment and noticed an entrance at a time that we were in the city. We sent proof that we were not there and didn't get any answer or help. At some point we were asked to go to the police and put a report which was not an option for us. Management was dismissive and really not helpful. No one came to check or talk to us. We couldn't stay in the property as we were not sure if someone would enter again and steal other stuff. We had to move to another hotel and didn't get any type of refund.
