  The apartment was very comfortable, and suited our group of four.

  The overall apartment facilities (bathroom, kitchen, etc.) all looked quite new and recently renovated. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms had all the necessary toiletries. We didn't use the kitchen overly much, but seemed well kitted out for longer stays - plenty of dishes, cups, pots and pans, etc. Location was good - close to metro stops and shops. The host reached out a couple times (via Whatsapp, so you need data on your phone) to see how things were and offered to come by to make things right if we mentioned any issues, which was nice. The door code was convenient, though it took a few tries to figure it out the very first time.

  The apartment is a ground floor unit, and one of the three bedrooms is right next to the sidewalk. While the area wasn't loud, you could definitely hear people talking outside or vehicles driving by, and see the street lights in the outline of the dark curtains, so it's best to have someone who is a deep sleeper at this front-facing bedroom. The shower in the main ensuite bathroom in the Unit A apartment did overflow once; you need to be careful with how much pressure used. The vent for the same bathroom seems to pull in air from the inner courtyard, where the garbage bins to reside for the apartment building, which actually brought in some smells, so we just avoided turning it the vent on. (Probably more a problem in the warmer months, and maybe not so bad in the winter.)

  PERFECTO.

  Excelente departamento, todo muy limpio, comodo y gran ubicación. Super recomendado.

  La puerta se atoraba para salir y al inicio nos costaba trabajo, solicitamos apoyo al anfitrion y no obtuvimos respuesta, pero posterior a ello el mecanismo funciono mejor y ya sin tema.

  Ottima struttura, servizi con molto margine di miglioramento.

  Struttura molto spaziosa, pulita ed accogliente. Posizione super ottima!

  Le restrizioni sul check-in e check-out. Nessun tipo di elasticità in entrambi i casi. Offrono uno sconto per un deposito per le valigie che dista circa 35 minuti a piedi dalla casa, ci siamo dovuti arrangiare con altri locker (costo medio per valigia 5€, zaini compresi). In aggiunta, non esplicitato su booking, richiedono 30€ aggiuntivi di assicurazione.

  Very good apartment in Madrid center.

  The property is comfortable, clean, has a beautiful modern interior and located in an excellent quiet area near to supermarkets, attractions and Madrid Center. With fully equipped kitchen a long with big clothes closets.

  Natural light is very less, the sound of plumbing fixtures and water supply in the bathrooms are quite high and the requirement of security deposit or (non-refundable amount in case you don’t want to pay the deposit). Also we have been asked to pay a charge against the requested late check-out.
