Het appartement is modern, netjes en goed ingericht. De ligging is ook erg goed: veel bezienswaardigheden zijn op wandelafstand en het openbaar vervoer is dichtbij. Voor een kort verblijf in Madrid is het appartement daardoor zeker praktisch.
Toch hebben we ook een aantal nadelen ervaren. Je hoort veel lawaai van de metro die onder het appartement rijdt. Daarnaast is het appartement ook erg gehorig naar de buren toe. Tijdens onze laatste nacht werden we wakker door een soort alarm. We weten nog steeds niet wat dit was, maar het heeft onze nachtrust wel verstoord. De badkamer is erg klein en de deur gaat langs de verkeerde kant open. Als ik naar het toilet wil, moet ik de deur openen, in de douche gaan staan en vervolgens de deur sluiten voordat ik naar het toilet kan. Dit is erg onhandig en de beperkte ruimte maakt de badkamer niet erg comfortabel. Op de laatste dag werkte onze elektronische sleutel niet meer. Gelukkig hadden we de fysieke sleutel bij ons, want anders hadden we niet meer binnen gekund in ons appartement. Dit vonden we toch een belangrijk probleem, aangezien je volledig afhankelijk bent van de toegang tot het appartement.

Łóżko na antresoli. Słaby pomysł w upalne dni. Cały gorąc zbiera się tam gdzie chcesz spać. Klima nie dawała rady. Booking ma nieprawidłową lokalizację. Taksówka zawiozła nas w inne miejsce

The location was perfect and the beds were comfortable but the upstairs was hot at night.
There were 2 very convenient grocery stores that we bought breakfast from.
The upstairs was hot. Also the steps were steep and could be a could be a concern for some travelers.
