  Nice apartment, but misleading location and disappointing customer service

  The apartment itself was nice, comfortable and generally in line with the photos and description. We had no significant complaints about the accommodation or its facilities.

  Unfortunately, the overall experience was spoiled by misleading location information and very disappointing communication from the property management. The actual apartment was approximately a 10-minute walk away from city center from the location shown on Booking.com. Since location was one of the main criteria for choosing this accommodation, this was a significant discrepancy. When I raised the issue, the property manager repeatedly referred me to the check-in instructions, deliberately ignoring the fact of discrepancy both vs booking.com and vs Google Maps. Eventually, management acknowledged that the advertised location was incorrect but insisted it was Booking.com’s error and refused to take any responsibility or offer a meaningful solution. What made the experience particularly unpleasant was the communication style. After several requests to address my concern, the property manager accused me of being disrespectful and unilaterally terminated conversation. Following my complaint to Booking.com, the only solution offered by the property was a 10% discount on a future stay — hardly appealing after such an experience. To be fair, the apartment itself was perfectly fine. However, accurate location information and professional, respectful customer service are equally important parts of the hospitality experience. Unfortunately, both fell short in this case. I would strongly recommend that future guests verify the exact address before booking rather than relying solely on the map location displayed on the platform.

  Appartement au top pour séjour madrilène

  Appartement spacieux , super bien équipé et confortable . Tout y est bien organisé , Check in /out, mobilier , cuisine Commerces à proximité , dont un très chouette mercado , et un excellent restaurant dans la Rue

  Rien concernant l’appartement en lui même . Juste être prêt à marcher pour se rendre dans las lettras ou le palais royal

  Excellent apartment. Lovely space: high windows and ceiling. Central but in a quiet part of town (10 mins walk to the main station and the Reina Sofia museum; 25 mins up lively Lavapies to Sol and full-on city hubbub). The apartment has everything you might need and more. Very well looked after - still seems brand new. We really enjoyed our stay. If we go again - would love to try out one of the small theatres there on the same street.

  Their customer support chat on WhatApps feels/sounds like an AI bot.
