    Good but also disappointing

    Great location, good size space and very clean

    The access via the app on entry was painful. Some of the chairs in the dining area were broken. No privacy curtains in two of the bedrooms. WhatsApp comms is a great idea but they were not particularly responsive. I had no hot water on the first morning and the response felt like an automation in Spanish. I had to play with the boiler myself in the end. I also booked and paid for an early checkin only to be told on the day it had been declined. 3hrs in Madrid with luggage is no fun.

    Espaço e localização

    Sem ar condicionado, não se podia dormir de tanto calor, fica num 2 andar sem elevador de difícil acesso para pessoas com alguma mobilidade, a cozinha estava com a bancada a grudar de tanta gordura, a máquina da louça não funciona bem tivemos que estar a lavar tudo a mão

    ubicación perfecta, departamento precioso, escalera de ingreso feísima, humedad suelo de un baño

    estaba muy bien ubicado, el departamento es precioso, la entrada al edificio deja mucho que desear, pero todo se olvida al ingresar al departamento, el sistema de enfriamiento provocaba constante humedad en el suelo de uno de los baños
