A deposit via an online Japanese payment system is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you with instructions within 7 days after booking. Guests must complete the payment procedure within 7 days of receiving instructions. [Regarding Receipt Issuance] In the case of reservations made through a travel agency with advance payment, receipts cannot be issued by the hotel. Receipts will only be issued at the hotel for on-site payments. [Regarding Qualified Invoice and Receipt] If a receipt compliant with Japan's domestic invoice system (qualified invoice/receipt) is required, please choose on-site payment. Children aged 0 – 5 years can stay free of charge but incur a breakfast charge of JPY 1,650 per child when breakfast is included in the rate.An accommodation tax per person, per night is not included in the price and must be paid at the property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
