    Good for groups sharing

    Clean room, big fluffy towels and a hot shower. Tea making facilities with kettle, tea, coffee & milk.

    The bed was very hard. There was no door to the ensuite (just a blind that didn't fully fit), therefore privacy when using the toilet was an issue. The Landlord wasn't very friendly, more interested in you taking your shoes off on entry. I didn't mind, but then there was nowhere to sit to put shoes back on! It was off-putting that the landlord was walking around in just a bathrobe when he showed me around!

    Nice rural location and good room, shame about the breakfast

    Our son and his wife used the room and they advised that it was good and they were happy with the standard and cleanliness. However whilst breakfast was included in the price, they were advised that it wasn’t being provided, which was disappointing. This has not been refunded or compensation offered.
