FILE INSTRUCTIVE TO THE LETTER & ALL GOOD...

Bathroom ceiling is completely covered in mould. I have a sensitive nose which is great for my wine tasting but I can smell mould in a room as soon as I walk in. Unfortunately that was what I got. It was tolerable for the weekend but thankfully we where out all day Saturday. Breakfast was not usable. Ie the English muffins & muesli. The muesli age is unknown. Just in a container. Ok for home but not what I expected in a B&B... Jug of juice, water jug, milk already open & plenty of condiments in the fridge. Kitchen utensils where ample. The coffee machine was either needing a clean or replacing as the pressure coming through want only enough to give a short squirt of coffee then nothing. The chai pod being less dense was fine but I don't drink that! Had to buy our own breakfast which defeated the purpose. I made a mistake with the accomodation not being air-conditioned. A folder at the entrance is supplied with all the information booklets you need. If you like getting back to nature then this is a great stay, just not for us. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN IN YOUR EMAIL AS IT GIVES SPECIFIC DETAILS OF HOW TO FIND THE PLACE. VERY GOOD ONCE YOU READ IT. We didn't at first & took the right lane. You want the middle one. PARK IN THE YELLOW RECTANGLE ON THE GROUND SO THEY CAN GET THEIR CARS OUT.

Sorry. See above as mixed it up...

    Bird lovers paradise.

Very friendly staff. Beaultiful location. Excellent for birdwatching. Comfy bed.

The lounge was in a bit of an odd spot to watch tv. But the view out of the room was way better.
