As the instructions were translated from Polish, it was not clear enough. I used some time to understand the instructions, find the way to get into the building and find the key. Moreover, the host didn't mention that the lift was located in between stairs. As my friends and I had heavy luggages, it was a disaster for us to walk the stairs with our heavy luggages to get into the apartment.
