The location
The entire system was terrible. First no front desk person. Complecated check in and room key structure. Room was hot with no go circulation and very noisy

Lovely place but needs attention
Location. Lobby is comfortable. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed
The plants in the planter boxes and containers are all dead. It used to be so inviting and lovely. Nothing worse than arriving at your hotel and seeing all the dead plants. There was a lot litter and garbage in front of the hotel. It needed to be picked up because it was blowing all over the sidewalk. It was not a good look. There was nowhere to plug in our cell phones. Power strips are needed next to the bed

Won't stay again unless i for sure know we'll get the same favorite room we like, less than <$500
We've stayed here before, twice, both times in the same room. THe location awesome.
The OpenKey app wasn't working so we had to use the physical keys which would always get stuck etc. For the price and the room, we were disappointed at the room accommodations (accessible double bed room). Wasn't expecting that, was hoping for the room we usually get, a corner, i think with bay window/seat, king bed, but it might've also been my oversight in my rush to book. Was just hoping that the other rooms would be of the same charm. The ceiling fan was noisy, the bathroom vent sounded like a cow giving birth, haha. And of course the foot / motor traffic being right on the front ground floor, but that's to be expected.
