The location at calbourne mill was an ideal location to visit the Islands attractions

Would benefit from outside lighting and comfortable mattresses

Location is in a tranquil place next to the water mill. 15mins to Newport and 10 mins to Freshwater for any groceries needed. Check in straight forward. The place is comfortable for group of 6 for us. Clean and lovely. The owner is very responsive and patient with our minor issues. Parking is not an issue at all. There is a washing machine and an clothes airer. Extra TV in main bedroom. The 2 shower/bathrooms really helped. Love the balcony that one can just laze and hear the birdsong....

Kitchen a little on the smaller side but not a big issue with us (induction stove).

Perfect base for a larger family

Great property. Lots of space. Lovely location. Perfect base for the 6 of us (4 adults, 1 teenager, and 1 tweenie).

Needs a little tlc and double mattress could do with updating.
