    We loved it …..had everything we needed.

    Location , good space, windows that can open.

    Mattress in smaller bedroom a bit saggy to middle.

    What didn’t we like is more like it ! It was exactly how Earl described it ! Literally a hop skip and jump from everything!

    Summer Getaway to NFLD!

    My boyfriend and I stayed at 110 Water St. for 5 days. We love the east coast, but it was our first time in Newfoundland. From the very start, the host, Earl was great with communication and very responsive. He even sent lists of recommendations of things to do and places to eat! The space was perfect for 2 people, with lots of closet space, a full kitchen and great lighting throughout. There was laundry in the unit, and great water pressure in the shower! Wifi was also working fast, and you had a view of the water from the front of the apartment. So many great places were within walking distance, which was fantastic. We had a lovely time and were blessed to have experienced ALL of the weather. Sun, fog, rain, cool mornings, warm afternoons, light wind...it was such a treat from the horrible sticky weather we have in Toronto. I would recommend this place 100%.
