    Major ant infestation!

The staff accommodated us with an upgrade for a little extra. Also the staff let us check in early for no charge. The view, the location, covered load in. The room was nice.

The queen bed was full of ants! The bathroom as well. I had to sleep on the couch. There was a flyer about the infestation in the welcome kit in the room. No mention of this online. We checked out after one night and were told they couldn't refund the second night because we booked through Booking.com. That means you guys should step up and refund our second night! Will you do the right thing? I have two videos of ants but can't download here but I took pictures of video.
