Great views and location, very well appointed BUT very complicated check in and check out instructions and VERY poor co

Very comfortable, great views and location

The mats in the kitchen are extremely dangerous, a terrible trip hazard The accessing the keys instructions way too wordy and complicated, and over the top for checkout. Also EXTREMELY difficult to communicate with hosts. Emails sent to me, with a no reply address Very unhelpful. Overall communication very very poor
