Would never ever recommend - we went for an anniversary getaway and wish I had went to the local park and camped out!
The location was decent, we went on a couple of forest walls.
The property was so dated it was like being transported back to the 80s. The furniture looked like it hadn’t been changed since before I was born! The decking was wet so turned into a slip and slide. The sofa and carpets were that bad we resorted to sitting outside in the rain on garden furniture as we didn’t want to even sit on the sofa or chair. We tried to contact the numbers on the welcome pack and booking.com site that were supplied and no one answered when we had questions around the electricity which was another shambles. I left 5 or 6 messages and emails and never got a response. I received an email the following day reminding me to tidy up and put linen in the provided bag but no response to any of my concerns or questions. The lack of contact was terrible. I have no idea what the cleaners or upkeep team do as the place had a horrible smell to it. It was unbelievable how bad it was - we had to leave the door open and sit outside in all weather as it was so foosty. Add to that, they charge over £180 per night for this, it’s a disgrace. They then have the cheek to charge 4.50 extra a day to use the electricity which is a lottery if it will stay on.

Property in need of upgrade attention to give value for money.
Location
Constant damp smell throughout property, unsafe glass and wooden porch fence, wood rotten and a lot of movement, decking wood rotting in parts too.
