    Appalling

    Nice size. Good location

    All of the towels were filthy. The WiFi was intermittent. The key code to the building failed and trying to get hold of anyone was impossible. Eventually we were given the code to access an emergency key ! Meanwhile had to sit on the steps of the building until this information was available. Definitely a low point. The lift broke down twice. The electricity went off several times. No warm water in the en-suite The iron board was broken. Communicating with the management was a nightmare. Photographic evidence was demanded before any effort was made to resolve all of the issues

    Amazing 3 bedroom apartment. There is an AC unit in each room. The kitchen is spacious and has a smart tv. Great view from the balcony.

    The outer door jams sometimes (does not open with the code). It would have been nice if the host communicated such things beforehand and provided a key to the building door in advance. Being locked out for ~3hrs definitely was a low point.
