Grubby apartment close all amenities with nice view
Close to the harbour and nice view from the outside patio
Sack the cleaners! Shower is mouldy and stained. Toilet has brown stains in the bottom of the bowl. Dirty hand prints on the walls every where. Kitchen floor grubby. Hairs in the bed, they were clean sheets but still had a few hairs on them. Had to brush them off before we could sleep, made my skin crawl 🤢. Air con is only in the lounge/kitchen area, so you need to leave the bedroom doors open at night or it’s too hot to sleep. This would be fine except there are black out blinds in the bedrooms only, so due to the city lights shining into the lounge, it’s like day light. Used an eye mask but it’s not ideal. Also one of the lounge blinds only pulls down half way. The apartment could be classed as a luxury apartment with a bit of TLC, however it’s currently very basic and I suspect nothing has been done in the way of decor since construction. Not worth the money and wouldn’t stay there again.

The property
The location was excellent. It was walking distance to restaurants, eatery's and all of our attraction bookings. The indoor swimming pool/Spa was clean, well maintained and was well used by us. Great access to the property from the basement car park and street.
