    FIRST HOST...MAI con questo gestore !!

    Il residence è molto bello e anche l'alloggio non è da meno, ma il Servizio Clenti ...da denuncia !!!

    MAI dal gestore FIRST HOST !!! Il front desk, con tono sprezzante e menefreghista, nella persona di Blanka (Una delle tante risposte ?:"..oggi è sabato non abbiamo personale che possa venire al suo alloggio, se vuole ci raggiunga lei" ) non ha mai risolto il problema della mia chiave d'ingresso all'alloggio con il chip non funzionante, dandomi peraltro la colpa che io non sapevo usare la chiave..che va solo appoggiata !?! . In pratica per aprire restavo anche 30 minuti a provare e riprovare aspettando che si attivasse la connessione e sentissi quel benedetto click che finalmente mi apriva la porta d'ingresso. Comunque, non sono più uscito per paura di restare fuori definitivamente !! In Water Front City esistono tanti altri ottimi gestori di alloggi e infatti ho dovuto cambiare alloggio e sempre nello stesso immobile ,ma gestito, finalmente , da un Signor Host !
