    Reasonable

The breakfast was nice. My bedroom was on the top floor which was a problem as I'm an angina sufferer

    Bedroom on bottom floor

    OK but not great!

Room was poor - no ensuite facilities - had to go down a corridor for both toilet and shower - and shower very hard to get and hold correct tempreature. Breakfast was pretty good. Location was good.

Room - needs to be ensuite. Not advised in any correspondance that it wasent. Up two flights of stairs - no lift - a little awkward.
