Horrible. The owner never once apologized for the issues with the place.

The kids enjoyed the pool for the time we were there.

The owners unwillingness to accept responsibility for the issues with the property. The major water issue in the unit and the inability to gain access to the unit and told I didn't know how to use a keypad.
