    Nice apartment and block. Too many issues considering our short stay. Good potential though.

    Was quite close to a beach which was good. The building is new, which was good in a way that the quality of finish was good. Within 5 to 10 minutes walk you would be walking in a nice pavement by the sea.

    Area around the site was industrial, construction ongoing all around the apartments, which felt like going out of construction site. Buildings are new, and had issues with AC (you cannot turn it off - no matter the intelligent system installed) and at one time there was no water in the block for a couple of hours. Didn't give me the impression it was cleaned property, cushions were stained, pillows were thin and no extra pillows, we asked for covers coz we couldn't sort the AC, we didn't get any.
