Fair overall.
Good location in town, apart from the construction at the docks. It took away the beautiful view and was noisy in the morning,.
Parking location for our car was awful. Someone reversed into our vehicle when it was parked and smashed the back side.

Lovely apartment in beautiful town
Easy access; clean, tidy, well-equipped apartment. Lovely quiet vibe of Akaroa. Great communication from owner.
Whilst totally out of the owner's control, was a shame that pier redevelopment resulted in our view being not as good as it usually is.
