    Paul and Debbie are fantastic hosts and couldnt do enough for us during our stay. The room had everything we needed and more. We will definitely stay here again when back visiting the lakes.

    Very quaint property in a perfect location. Spotlessly clean, with everything you needed for a lovely break away.

    I can honestly say there wasn’t anything to dislike about the property.

    After booking a last minute holiday, i was absolutely delighted on arrival. Debbie and Paul were exceptional hosts. This cozy bed and breakfast offered such delight, upon arrival i was greeted by both who offered me a great warm welcome and were highly attentive throughout the stay going above and beyond. The room was perfectly clean and stocked with complimentary items (including lovely home made flapjack) and bed left me not wanting to leave each morning it was that comfy. The breakfast offering at the waterwheel was superb using all local products and was the highlight of each morning. I will be recommending to everyone I know who also likes to travel to the lakes and would return happily.

    Great location, Paul and his wife were lovely. Also the goodies and toiletries in the room made it feel extra special! Breakfast was amazing.
