Please note that failure to leave the accommodations in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge in advance of arrival an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 at certain times of the year. For example, during festivals, certain sporting events or public holidays. You will be contacted by the property with regards to this prior to arrival.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

    the location is ideal, a stone's throw from a lovely beach, with shops, restaurants etc. within easy reach.

    The cleanliness was a big let down, upon arrival i didn't get to look around until late and couldn't do much about it. The following morning, I contacted the owner asking for a vaccum cleaner as there were so many cob-webs, spiders and dust in the house. the owner couldn't get to me until evening so i ended up borrowing a vaccum from a property nearby and spent my first day cleaning. The owner did arrive later to unlock a store room and allow access to cleaning supplies. Late that night, i sat down by the TV with a cup of tea and a mouse ran out in front of me. As it was almost midnight, i waited until 08.30 am to report it, I received a response later that afternoon from the owner who came with some more traps (i had already been to purchase some and laid them). For the remainder of the week several traps bait was disturbed each morning but we were unable to catch any mice. I found pieces of the bait in the Living area/Kitchen and main bathroom. Needless to say I haven't had a good night's sleep in over a week and my holiday was very negatively impacted by these experiences. I m unable to attach the photos to this review.

    Location and house.

    Separate charges for electricity seemed a bit odd.

    Good

    Owner was there on time and very pleasant. Gift basket was appreciated

    I would have liked to have known that there was no hot water
