    Idyllic location yeah that's where we stopped down in Falmouth when you unstop I'd say it's idyllic

    Fantastic location, accommodation has everything you need. Will deffo back

    Good location , very clean, our host Amber was instantly available to sort out one small issue that arose. Parking was safe on owners drive and self key access ,all we wanted from this break , 3 rooms, lovely big bed with small settee , wardrobe and dresser all in the one room with the french doors leading out to decking, this is your back door with part view of sea not much room if weathers bad to hang around in but the cornwall weather was kind to us so anytime spare time we had ,just crossed the rd and sat on the beach, well equipt kitchen /dining area is your entrance in second room , lovely big shower and loo in 3rd.

    I have noticed reviews about restrictions to certain parts of access on the property due to the owner i e to sit outside of an evening on balcony would be nice if you dont mind anyone else passing through, set times on access for everyone would be a compromise, maybe?, so everyones privacy is respected .The pictures are a little misleading at first glance i have to say of what your getting ,its certainly not the big grand balcony at main front ,but the info is clear and we did know this before we paid, we were very happy with our stay these are just niggles i wanted to address.
