    We didnt even get in cause they didnt have our reservation in books. Even when it was confirmed. Of course staff didnt speak English at all.

    Det var ingen som kom och mötte upp oss med nyckel så vi fick snabbt boka ett annat boende som jag har kvitton på och vill att tillbaka för utlägget

    Good location

    Great location. Many good restaurants around, short walk old market and castle. More communication on how to collect keys would make checkin pleasant experience. We wasted at least 40mins on walking around to find their office. Advice : get soap to bathroom

    Have stayed at this apartment block over the last 5 years. The first 3 years it was superb! The first time I stayed I was met with the Keys and there was a small bottle of wine with a welcome card from the Amstra team, Unfortunately last year I was met with the keys to the apartment plus a charge for cleaning 50 Zloty.This year I was sent a text on arriving in Krakow with an address to pick up the Keys before heading to Apartment. Plus the 50 Zloty charge Not ideal when you have heavy luggage to haul.The service used to be Exceptional, Sadly no more!! Still love Poland and its people!!
