    A very comfortable base to explore all that Norfolk has to offer.

    Communication from the owner was very good and it was reassuring to know that the host was on hand if needed. The cottage was well appointed throughout so much so it exceeded our expectations. So thank you Kim!

    A couple of things we missed: A blind or curtain for the frosted glass pane on the front door would provide more privacy in the evening. Hooks in kitchen to hang towels. A bigger sink in bathroom.

    Very pleasant stay; quite a good base for touring.

    Small but comfortable traditional (and extended) cottage. Extremely well-equipped kitchen. Well-located for exploring the North Norfolk coast. Quiet (despite being on the `main' road of the village).

    Quite a few cobwebs (!).

    A lovely, clean and very well-equipped place. The host was super kind, helpful and welcoming. Everything was thoughtfully provided, so we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

    Great base for our trip to explore the north Norfolk area.

    Cosy and comfortable

    Hadn’t realised the toilet was downstairs and was a bit concerned for my elderly father needing the toilet in the night
