Overall, the property was in a great area and made our visit very enjoyable. Clean room and everything worked well apart
The location was spectacular, the area was very calm and beautiful. Very close to the Vatican City and only a 15minute walk to the center of Rome. The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked well.
The shower pressure was very very poor. The water did not come out well, which made it difficult to shower. Also the water temperature was tricky, because it took very long for the water in the shower to get warm enough to have an enjoyable shower.

Donde dormir si no vas a pasar tiempo en la habitación.
Estaba en una localización inmejorable.
No vimos al personal en ningún momento, ni en el checkin ni checkout. Les notificamos un problema (la cisterna no funcionaba, solo en ocasiones) y nos dijeron que vendrían a verlo, pero no fue así. El agua de la ducha no salía caliente o costaba mucho que saliese caliente, además de la poca presión que tenía. Las habitaciones están conectadas por una puerta que comunica por lo que oíamos a los demás huéspedes.
