Very good price and location.
The stay is situated in Insadong zone at only 5 minutes walk from the Insadong street and also you can easily walk to Myeonhdong, but it will take you about 30-35 minutes. About 35-40 minutes to the Gyeongbokgund palace and a lot of other attractions nearby. You can arrive from ICN with the 6002 bus and get off at Jongno 3ga station, then in under 5 minutes you will get to this building. The same station is for the metro where you may take the metro to Gangnam statue or anywhere else in the town. Also, the return to ICN is on the opposite side of the road, but in diagonal, so it will take under 10 minutes to get there. You have hundreds of restaurants nearby, also on the same street with the stay. Self check in and self checkout. Free luggage storage for the day of arrival and the day of leave. Free WiFi. Free to use the community room at the basement floor. It is totally worth the price. You also have a kitchenette with an induction cooktop, microwave and fridge. The room is a little small for Europeans, but it is bigger that other stays that I checked.
Noise from the other rooms can be heard through walls and water pipes, no issue for me, but if you have sleeping problems, maybe you need to know.

גודל החדר והאבזור עם מטבחון ומכונה ומייבש כביסה מיקום המלון בעיר והנגישות אליו. האזור היה שקט אבל מאוד מרכזי.

The property matched the photos and did its job. It's practical and no-frills, in a convenient location for Insadong.
It's an unstaffed property, so everything (check-in and any requests) goes through the phone. Apart from that, no complaints.
