    Location was great, having the boat to tool around was awesome! The house is large and well equipped.

    The kitchen though well stocked was old and decrepit, the pans were all beaten up and dirty. The bed sheets were very cheap and scratchy. Mattresses not the best...

    Hot tub! Manatees! Mermaids! Everything I want in a Florida winter getaway experience

    The house was clean and very nice, the hot tub was also very clean, there was a good amount of kitchen utensils to cook with and a gas grill, and the use of the boats made our trip extra special. Also, it was really nice that they didn't charge extra cleaning and pet fees, and really wanted us to get the most out of our experience by not having to do much cleaning before we left.
