The area and very close to everything. Apple farm. Mostly likes clean. I found blood stains of a other people on the pillow!
It is imperative to address situations that deviate from established norms. My extensive international experience, encompassing over 100 countries, suggests that certain standards should be universally applied in such environments. I am writing to formally express my profound dissatisfaction with the accommodations provided, specifically regarding the absence of adequate climate control and ventilation. The property's proximity to a natural pond has unfortunately led to a significant infestation of mosquitoes and other insects. Upon our arrival, the premises were already compromised by a substantial mosquito presence, resulting in numerous uncomfortable and irritating bites. It is concerning that no preventative measures were in place to mitigate this issue, necessitating guests to independently procure solutions such as ventilators or insect repellents. When I raised this matter with the property owner, the response attributed the issue to the humidity of Lake Garda, rather than offering a constructive resolution. It is standard practice within the hospitality industry to provide appropriate climate control, ventilation, or effective insect management systems. As a host, ensuring guest comfort is paramount, and I believe a reimbursement for the essential items purchased to address the insect problem would have been an appropriate gesture. I find the rationale provided to be unsatisfactory, as guests should not be subjected to such inconveniences during their stay in Italy. Given these circumstances, I am unable to recommend this property, particularly considering the price point, as it obliges guests to endure insect bites and incur additional expenses to manage the situation.
