    Ruhige Lage, gut ausgestattete Küche, schöner Balkon, Schwimmbad im Haus

    Geruch von kaltem Zigarettenrauch durch den Dunstabzug im Bad, Waschmaschine ist eine Gemeinschaftsmaschine für das Haus und recht betagt

    The apartment was small but well equipped

    Lack of communication between booking.com and also the other booking company was very poor and led to a lot of problems

    Lovely apartment with a balcony and a great view over Lake Constance where you can sit in the morning with a coffee from the machine with freshly ground beans. The shared swimmingpool in the basement is a plus. And the provided big parking spot in front of the building is perfect. Good contact with the owner through WhatsApp. You can easily travel around this lovely area by bus or train for free with the provided Echt Bodensee Card.

    We don't smoke, so the smell of smoke from the neighbours was a bit annoying. Maybe you can put some room spray or a diffuser in the apartment. But that was the only negative point.
