    An exceptional hostel experience — clean, comfortable, perfectly located, and easily one of the best I’ve stayed in Chin

    I loved the location — everything is just a few feet away. You step outside and you immediately have shops, cafés, bars, nightlife, street food, and convenience stores right there. It’s the perfect base for exploring Hanoi. The rooms are extremely clean, the toilets are sparkling, and the air‑conditioning is excellent. Beds, pillows, and quilts are high‑quality, professional‑grade, giving a very comfortable sleep. The customer service goes beyond normal — staff are friendly, helpful, and available 24 hours, which makes the stay feel safe and easy. The hostel has the best balance: • a party atmosphere if you want to join in • quiet, peaceful rooms if you prefer to relax Even the lifts are fast, making access to rooms quick and convenient. Overall, this is one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in across in China — truly an award‑level experience.

    Relaxing and luxury

    Omg this place felt like a paradise! Fancy bathrooms, and switch controlled curtains. Honestly so comfy anf relaxing! The metro was a short walk (3mins ish) which was ideal and lots of local food restaurants. It was very accessible to the convention centre

    The location wasnt ideal as a tourist, we probably travelled half and hour minimum a day, but it was so much fun and we didnt mind the metro commute a. Because the train was easy, simple and quite fun and b. The hotel was just so relaxing and restful. I would absolutely book again.
