    I was not happy because they did not listen to us because I had a. Disabled person. I asked for a refund they didn’t giv

    The location is on a hill not suitable for special needs people. If you are fit and well than carry on. It has Alhambra view outside property around corner.

    I didn’t like the staff they did not cooperate we asked that we don’t want the apartment because we have a special needs person with us and the lady will struggle up and down the hill they did not listen and we then had no choice but to carry on we struggled for 7 days we will not recommmend this apartment for anyone who can’t walk up steep hills please find another place no tea or coffeee as a complimentary introduction towels were changed only 6 days after again not happy with that service. Electric cut out and toilet not working at till they never came they was only bothered about being paid their rent. Avoid this apartment if not fit and well,
