Comfortable for 1-2 people
The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning mostly worked (22 c is the lowest). Quiet neighbors.
No one asked if I was okay after the 5.2 or many +4.0 earthquakes. They later asked if the building was damaged but never asked me if I was okay. There are a lot of homeless people nearby. The deadbolt is broken. You have to make sure the door actually locks because once I realized the door was unlocked the whole time I was gone.
