    非常好的地理位置，非常良好的服务

    地理位置非常方便，主人也非常敬业，交代的特别清楚，服务特别好，包括提供一些餐厅的交通信息等等，还有包括提供咖啡，等等方面很好很好

    厨房的刀稍微差一些，切东西不是很方便

    公寓位置靠近火車站，附近就有超市、餐廳，位置非常好，治安也很好。公寓非常乾淨，我們帶兩個孩子旅遊住宿很舒適。房東先生非常友善，提供各種旅遊相關資訊，是可靠、友善的朋友，來訪羅馬這裡是非常好的選擇。

    Прекрасный отдых!

    Квартира расположена в 5 минутах от вокзала Термини. Хозяин квартиры Франческо был очень внимательным и любезным. Сама квартила очень чистая, оборудована всем необходимым. Видно, что хозяин заботится о том, чтобы гостям было комфортно. Есть две ванные комнаты, одна из которых находится на балконе. Такое расположение было неожиданным, но нам понравилось. В округе очень много ресторанов на любой вкус и кошелёк. Нам понравился "La Lupa", что находится внизу того же здания, рядом со входом в дом. Ещё очень порадовало, что в доме есть лифт. И самое главное - кондиционер!!! Прекрасно работал и спасал нас от жары! До всех достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком... даже если на улице +37 ))

    На мой взгляд, всё же не хватает посудомоечной машины. Это было бы прекрасным бонусом. После полуночи не было воды. Не знаю, с чем это связано? Может, из-за экономии воды в жару ? Но это не критично, так как ночью надо спать. ))

    This is a fantastic place to stay for the location, comfort AND the host.

    Francesco was so friendly and helpful. He met us at the apartment and walked through how to use everything, showed us a map of the area and gave recommendations. He was responsive during the week thrifty messages and even came back out to help us with additional questions. I have never experienced such a great host before.

    There was nothing I disliked about this property and the host.
