    Excellent Location , 2 bathrooms Well supplied with coffee and tea. very responsive host.

    the twin room didn't have AC so was a bit hot but the living and master rooms had AC. overall it is a great place to stay for central london.

    We had a wonderful stay and would recommend the place to others!

    The host was great! Answered questions quickly and made our stay very comfortable. The location was wonderful - many restaurants nearby and walking distance to the theatre, seven dials market and easy access to public transport. The place was very clean! Kitchen had everything we needed to have easy quick breakfasts in the morning.

    The living room gets very loud at night and we had our 8 year old sleeping on the pull out bed. For a family of 5 having the sofa bed was a must but sleeping was very difficult for our daughter because of all the noise from the street. The portable AC units fill with water very quickly! So much so that they can not be run the entire now without overflowing.

    Great location, would stay there again

    Location was excellent, beds were good, air conditioning, full kitchen, spacious. Owner was very responsive and accommodating.

    The stairs were steep and narrow which made it difficult with luggage. Some noise at night in the living room from the theatre across the road.
