    A complement to my business trip. A pleasure to return to the hotel after a hard day.

    The location on the RC Dutt Road is perfect for walking to parks, access to shops and, if wanted, other restaurants. There are shops located within the hotel as well for souvenirs and critical items a traveller may want. The hotel restaurants are excellent, the main restaurant buffet is first rate with so many choices you are spoilt. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with ironing facilities available in each room and an excellent selection of tea as well as the ubiquitous sachets of coffee. There is a very pleasant pool area with plenty of seating and just "comfortable areas to be." Staff are friendly and amazingly helpful. This is a first rate hotel with facilities exceeding most peoples expectations.

    The only thing that, for me, as a travelling Brit, that could have been better would have been more than a single English Language channel on the television. This is being rather picky, this is not the UK so why should there be English channels on television .. you did ask for something .. this was the only thing I could think of as a "negative" of sorts.

    Very pleasant stay. Excellent location especially if you want to shop.

    The welcoming staff from the staff at the gates and entrances to the staff inside. All hands on and very polite. Must mention Seema who made our stay very comfortable. She looked after everything we needed and always with a smile. Thank you Seema.

    Very good hotel for family stay some concern area for food management during breakfast (very slow)

    Check-In and Check-Out time, In room House Keeping and house Keeping Staffs. Swimming Pool and Game room.

    1. Service during breakfast was not upto mark - Once tray or bowl got empty it was taking too long time to fill back even items like butter cubes, fruits. Manager was not able to manage the guests as per the Hotel Standard. 2. It would be much better for hygiene point of view if hotel will provide liquid hand wash insted of solid one at toilet.

    Excellent stay

    Breakfast was complimentary and a good selection of different varieties. Room was of good size, clean and with all required amenities. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in was at 3 PM. But, we reached around 11 AM and still allowed check-in at that time which was really good. Location of the property is excellent right in the city center.
