    La vue, l'emplacement ainsi que l'appartement sont très agréables.

    Nous avons été étonnés que, lors de notre réservation pour deux jours, un tarif de 237 € nous ait été proposé, ce qui nous paraissait intéressant pour un mois de septembre. À notre grand étonnement, nous avons constaté que 237 € plus 145 € de frais de ménage nous ont été prélevés. Ils ont en plus eu le toupet de nous envoyer un message la veille de notre départ pour nous indiquer que, s'il y avait du nettoyage supplémentaire, des frais nous seraient facturés. De plus, pour la première fois sur Booking, 300 € de caution nous ont été prélevés en même temps que la réservation, somme qui, 48 heures après la restitution, ne nous est toujours pas remboursée. Nous avons constaté que ce processus et ces tarifs étaient gérés par la société Welkeys. Je ne louerai plus jamais un bien géré par Welkeys !

    WELCS nicht zu empfehlen

    Achtung: Überall wo WELCS draufsteht, ist ein Vermittlungsservice, der Reklamationen stur aussitzt! Undefinierbarer Gestank in der Wohnung, der auch durch unser intensives Putzen nicht wegging. Andere erwähnen den Gestank in ihrer Bewertung auch. Wir vermuten Verwesungsgeruch. Terrassenmöbel nur mangelhaft vorhanden. Wohnung insbesondere Terrasse nicht zu fünft nutzbar, obwohl in Beschreibung und auf Fotos angegeben -im Sommer jedoch essenziell! Wohnung nicht für uns fünf hergerichtet. Wir mussten Sofabett aufbauen und Handtücher und Bettwäsche im Büro abholen, weil niemals jemand kam. Auf alle Reklamationen ist NICHTS passiert. Auch auf unsere Rückforderung des Mietanteils wird man geghostet. Bin schon gespannt auf die Antwort zur Bewertung. Übrigens: Es wäre so einfach gewesen, einfach im nächstgelegen Laden die fehlenden den vier Stühle für wenig Geld zu kaufen und vorbeizubringen.
