    La gestion du logement par l’agence Welcs est médiocre

    Le duplex et emplacement centre Mais pas pour le décor !

    La gestion est médiocre, nous avons attendus plus 1 h 30 avec un bébé dehors sans pouvoir accéder à l’appartement. Personne ne répond au téléphone Les seules réponses sur whatsaps que nous avons eu c’était Désolé ! Mais pas de solution concrète En sachant que nous avons envoyé un message à 13 h pour récupérer les clefs à 18h30 !!!! Là chambre du haut ménage laissé à désirer Et quelques effets du locataire précédent personnels retrouvés avec la couette sale Dans le placard ! Parking peu pratique Cela nous a gâché le jour d’arrivée !

    Très bon emplacement. Duplex agréable et moderne.

    La gestion est médiocre. Nous avons attendus plus de 1h30 avec 4 enfants dehors sans pouvoir accéder à l’appartement car injoignable. Nous avons fini par appeler la police. Une fois qu’ils ont enfin répondu à nos appels téléphonique, ont demandé de payer l’acompte (ne l’ont pas demandé en amont alors que j’avais envoyé un mail à ce sujet) et disant qu’ils ne pourront me fournir les clés qu’une fois qu’ils auront reçu l’acompte. Il faut ensuite aller chercher les clés à un autre emplacement (pas à l’adresse du duplex). La cuisine manquait de propreté. Un balai qui puait l’humidité était caché dans l’armoire de la chambre à coucher. Le jacuzzi, une fois allumé émettait des crasses. Pourrait aussi ajouter un petit fer à repasser. C’est vraiment dommage car ce duplex a beaucoup de potentiel. J’en veux surtout au personnel qui nous a gâché notre jour d’arrivé.
