    Great value vs location

Compared to the last time we stayed here a year and a half ago we noticed an increase in English fluidity within the clerks. This is appreciated. Beyond that the hotel keeps offering great value vs location on Osaka. Will recommend and definitely will stay here when we come back to Osaka.

The pillows could use an improvement as well as providing an additional one per bed as we only were provided 1 for each person.

    Stanza molto grande

L’unico hotel in cui ho soggiornato in Giappone che non offriva un dispenser di acqua gratuito e il servizio di pulizia in camera

Good clean chain hotel in a good location.

Noisy but to be expected as it is in Dotonbori.
