    Avoid at all costs !

    Spacious bedrooms

The property was surface clean, but quite obviously hasn’t been deep cleaned in a while. The cutlery and delph were dirty. All the walls in the property are marked and dirty. The sitting room has an obvious damp issue around the window and ceiling. I reported that there’s a safety issue in the bathroom. My husband slipped in the shower as there was no rubber on the bath base. The shower door is broken and keeps banging into you when showering. I also reported the toilet lid had was broken, they have now charged us to breaking it! The stairs to enter the property are steep and dangerous as the handrail is also broken. Overall very unpleasant stay.

Overall, my friends and I really had a great time staying at this property. Will definitely be booking again with Redwoo

Location - couldn’t fault it! In the middle of the town centre and easily accessible. Property itself was spacious and had all the facilities we needed for our stay. Clean and very cosy

Bathroom lights weren’t working. Some headboard of beds were clearly broken and not replaced. Neighbours movements were loud at times
