    Good location for promenade & pleasure beach. On a quiet street. Great size of apartment, good communication from the company and easy check in/out

    Some mattresses desperately needing replaced and a deep clean required under beds, window sills etc, marks on sofa area. Lack of mirrors in rooms

    The property was spacious, the beds were comfortable and the location was excellent, only a short walk to the promenade.

    The owner took a £500 damage deposit before our stay and specifically asked us to report and photograph any damage we found upon arrival. Unfortunately, there was a considerable amount of damage throughout the property, including damaged furniture, walls, blinds, door handles, cracked tiles and carpet rips. As a result, I spent around an hour taking more than 20 photographs and emailing them to the owner immediately after we arrived. Having to spend so much of the beginning of our holiday documenting pre-existing damage was extremely disappointing and really took away from the start of our stay. I completely understand the need for a damage deposit, particularly when guests are responsible for looking after a property. However, it seems unreasonable to require a £500 deposit for a property that already has a significant amount of visible damage and is not particularly well maintained. Guests should not be put in the position of having to spend the first hour of their holiday documenting extensive pre-existing damage simply to protect themselves from being held responsible for it later.

    We had an amazing stay at the Wellington suite

    It's very neat and at a good location. Very close to all the attraction centers we visited

    The dislike was addressed almost immediately, they have a very responsive team
