Creatievere servicegerichtheid
Het ruime schone huisje en de badkamer
Servies hier en daar niet schoon in de kast Vonden nergens een map o.i.d. met gebruiksaanwijzingen. Lang puzzelen voor oven. Zagen geen thermometer voor hottub. Was te heet geworden. Duurde weer 2 uur tot ie wat afgekoeld was. Toen we er in gingen is mijn zoon van 14 flauwgevallen achterover uit de hottub. Is goed gekomen. Dus tip iets over veilig gebruik. Zou wel adviseren volgende keer dat Spar op camping vroeg dicht is. En zou zak aanmaak hout voor hottub als service aanbieden of in de prijs de eerste 3 zakken ofzo. Nu met volle auto alle kinderen nog een zak hout op schoot van gamma h'wijk. Ging wel maar toch. Mijn moeder kwam een nacht. Ze kwam einde middag aan en ging voor 12 weer weg We moesten keiveel betalebn 35 euro erbij. Dat vond ik overdreven. Iets met toeristenbelasting zei de receptie. Konden evt bedlinnen gratis aanbieden. Of een kortingsbon voor diner aldaar oid. Iets meer servicegerichtheid van personeel Europarcs. Het contact vooraf met de eigenaren was wel goed.

Good
Very clear, fast and kind communications from the host prior to our stay. There's quite a bit of flexibility wrt additional baby chair or cot as well as early check-in and late-check out (albeit it being at extra costs). The hot tub was lovely - does require a bit of planning since it takes a while to heat up (as well as buying wood etc which is available at the supermarket on site). Very clean and parking in front of the house. There are 3 (!!!) TV screens in the house which seems a bit excessive but that's only personal ;)
The interactions with the host add a personal touch but the property itself is very plain and it would not have mattered if we had booked with the park directly. It's all very standard holiday-park and there was a complete lack of any kitchen kitchen basics such as salt/pepper/oil etc. Since there's a hot tub, an extra set of towels would have been nice.
