    Comodo per la posizione, essenziale nel servizio

    L'albergo si trova in una posizione ottima, all'inizio del centro di Sappada. Esteticamente la struttura si presenta bene, così come il piano terra ove si trovano il bar e la sala ristorante/colazione. La pulizia della struttura è complessivamente buona, così come la cortesia del personale. Essenziali le forniture, ricca e gustosa la colazione.

    Seppur l'hotel si presenti esteticamente bene, internamente (inteso ai piani dal primo in su) andrebbe completamente ristrutturato e ammodernato. Il discorso vale per i corridoi, le camere e per i servizi igienici, ormai obsoleti. Per una struttura in un paese rinomato come Sappada, un aggiornamento sarebbe doveroso, considerate le cifre non certo modiche dei soggiorni e soprattutto paragonate alle altre strutture della zona (e non).
