    The property and the surroundings a very nice, a gated complex and very safe.

    The location is suitable only if you have business in this part of town, otherwise you must have a car or use transport which takes at least 30-45min to get to the city center. Cash-only payments are such a thing of the past, there MUST be an option for card payment.

    Everything was great. The owner kindly welcomed me early since I arrived early. New houses, new apartment .The apartment is clean, quiet, and not on the sunny side, which is important in the heat.
