  Clean, Spacious and Safe Accommodation at an affordable price!!! Absolutely loved it!

  Our stay at the Wells Villa was EXCEPTIONAL OUTSTANDING!!! The rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Although some parts of the villas are under construction, we barely noticed it because they made sure it was not interrupting us. The owners, management and staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The safety of the rooms is guaranteed and we felt at home! For the price, tranquility and comfort, this place is worth it! And not to mention the food at the Char-choma restaurant, aaah! Very very very delicious and the portions are huge!! Their meats are organic and it makes the taste even better. Thank you so much for hosting us!!! We will be back soon.

  Do not stay here

  Very poor managed hotel, stealing from you as well poor infrastructure. Absolutely not welcoming and the money not worth it. No sea view from the rooms, as the restaurant is in front, pool not possible to use as all guest pass by. Worst is that they not do refunds an I have lost 1000 USD as we changed the booking. I recommend any other hotel then this in Bamburi

  Very unprofessional customer service and no signboard on main road

  I do NOT recommend this place due to very unprofessional customer service. I stayed there on 11 March on a work trip. On checking out at 830am the next morning, I was told by head of reception (Priscilla) she could not print a receipt just at that moment but would email to me later that day. She also gave me her email and mobile contacts. On 16 March I called Priscilla and she promised to send that day. She did not. It is now a week since I stayed at the hotel and I have not received a receipt. I have sent several very courteous email and mobile phone messages without even a single reply. Priscilla is now avoiding answering her mobile. This is all very unprofessional. In the event I receive a receipt I will update this review. In addition, there is no signboard for the hotel on the main road, despite the fact it has been open for 4 months. So unless you have Google maps working on your phone (which many foreign tourists won't have), don't expect to find it easily.

  I visited Wells Villa on a work trip for one night. On checking out, the receptionist said she could not print a receipt at that time but promised to email to me the same day. Despite several polite follow-ups via email and telephone, one week later I have still not received a receipt. And now, the receptionist is avoiding answering her phone. Very unprofessional.

  Steps from the Beach with Great Ocean View Bar

  Wells Villa offered me great service during a business conference. It is next door to the White Sands Resort. Both are on Bamburi Beach and as long as you don’t mind beach vendors or ghost crabs, you will enjoy the ocean views! Wells Villa has a nice restaurant and two bars—upper bar with great view. Swimming pool looked nice although I didn’t have time to use it. Rooms were very clean, business focused, with nice toiletries and hot water! Priscella was very helpful. My only complaint is they charged me $10 for my lost room key without telling me to take close care of it—it was a cheap swipe card. Still I would stay here again for sure if business takes me to this part of Mombasa.
