Would stay here again, thank you for your hospitality!
Location, view and hosts were amazing!
The sofa beds definitely need upgrading. Adults were unable to sleep in the only bedroom as we needed airflow - no windows. So we swapped the sofa bed with the view. Also be prepared for the rubbish trucks(boats) to clear rubbish and the vaporetta (bus boats) to start very early in the morning, right outside the front windows.

One of the best stays in all of Italy, and Switzerland trip. Would stay here again!
Very easy. We loved the busy canal.. Apartment is very close to the boat ferry, right outside the door
Trash pick up was loud and unappealing… but it’s was a Small inconvenience.. we still enjoyed watching them and Venice normal city activities

Wonderful stay - Highly recommend
It was a wonderful stay, and the host was incredibly helpful and kind. The location was amazing for us. It is not located in what people think the center is, for example, Piazza San Marco. However, it's only a 15 min walk to the famous square. 5 min walk to the Rialto Bridge, and quite frankly, I loved visiting these wonderful sites and coming back to a quiet neighbourhood not surrounded by thousands of tourists. The Vaperetto is right outside your door, and it made carrying luggage to the house a breeze. There is a wonderful coffee shop 2 min walk from the house, called Caffè del Doge better than the coffee in the touristy areas. We arrived in the hideous heatwave that Europe is having, and the air conditioning worked beautifully. It was a lifesaver. The view of the Grand Canal was exceptional! I will never tire of watching the boats go by surrounded by the beautiful Venetian architecture. Also, the little art gallery next door was great. This neighbourhood is fabulous.
