    Macanza dí professionalità e problemi idrici ed elettrici

    La prenotazione che ho fatto in questa struttura dall'8 ottobre al 12 era per i miei genitori che sono venuti a trovarmi per celebrare un'importante traguardo lavorativo ricevuto, ma visto com'è andata con il servizio ricevuto da chi gestisce l'appartamento è stato tutto rovinato. Dopo l'arrivo dei miei genitori in struttura (di conseguenza dopo il check-in) vengo informato dall'host che i due giorni seguenti quindi, giorno 9 e 10 l'energia elettrica sarà assente a detta sua ad intervalli di massimo un'ora, in verità la corrente è mancata in entrambi i giorni per 6 ore intere dalle 8:00 fino alle 14:00 come scritto dall'avviso del comune all'ingresso della struttura, avviso che secondo l'host è stato messo casualmente il giorno stesso, e lui furbamente mi ha avvisato solamente dopo il check-in. Questo è stato un grave problema perché oltre l’utilizzo delle luci, la caldaia non funzionava, di conseguenza non era possibile fare una doccia, il frigorifero non poteva funzionare, quindi tutti gli alimenti comprati sono purtroppo stati buttati perché rovinati, non si poteva cucinare, dato che era presente un piano ad induzione, in poche parole si era creata una situazione di disagio. lo venendo a sapere della situazione ho chiesto più volte all'host chiarimenti riguardanti i lavori, e lui dava sempre la stessa risposta, la corrente manca per massimo un'ora, mentendo e sentendomi preso in giro dato che i miei genitori avevano l'asciato tutti gli interruttori di corrente accesi per attendere l'arrivo della corrente, che appunto arrivava sempre e solo dopo 6 ore, sentendomi dire pure da parte sua che è una cosa normale e che in territorio di guerra la corrente elettrica manca addirittura per settimane, caro host l'appartamento della prenotazione si trovava a Vaccarolo (Desenzano del Garda) non a Gaza, quindi non generalizziamo.
